International Outreach We
are a "missions minded" church. Among the following countries
listed we have either sent "short term missionaries",
sponsored certain projects such as building churches,
schools, etc, or support a missionary in that particular
country. These are the countries that the Inverness Church
of God have an interest in: Israel, Trinidad, Tobago,
India, Ghana, Columbia, Ecuador, Cuba, Honduras, Kenya,
Ukraine, Nicaragua, Tanzania, Philippines, Zambia, and
China.

Doug and Kathy Schmeuszer
& Family
Germany

Doug and Kathy and their
family minister the gospel in the city of Minden, Germany.
They have traveled across Europe to participate in various
crusades along with other FIRE missionaries. Doug and
Kathy are building a team of workers to join them in Germany,
believing that more can be accomplished as unique giftings
and callings are joined into one effort of ministry.
Neil and Jennifer
Lawrence
Kenya
Neil and Jennifer Lawrence
are missionary educators in Kenya, East Africa, where
they have been serving since 1993. They are involved in
seminar-style education as well as preaching and singing.
Neil develops curriculum and teaches at the Discipleship
Training Center. Jennifer assists the national office
with her secretarial skills.
Biographical information...
The Lawrences met while attending Florida State University.
After receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit, they began
attending the local Church of God and accepted a call
into full-time ministry. Neil then enrolled in the Master
of Divinity program at the Church of God Theological Seminary.
To fulfill the internship requirement, Neil and Jennifer
completed the WEAC-Miami program. After his graduation
in 1991, they served a one-year internship in the Caribbean,
focusing on local church ministry, discipleship, and seminar
education.
From the heart...
Neil and Jennifer want to share the love of God with the
people they meet and obey Christ's command to go and make
disciples.
